Similarly, employers of all the shops and commercial Establishments, CharitbleTrusts, societies registered under Karnataka societies registration Act, 1960 and who employ fifty or more employees during the year are also required to pay compulsory contribution as stated above. This compulsory contribution shall be made along with a statement in Form ‘D’ prescribed under the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules.
